The remaining people have made a living by fishing for generations. Daily lives and local business operations were severely affected, especially during high-stress coastal weather when power stability problems became critical.

In the village, a young technologist named Andy Zhang noticed how fragile conventional power converters were. After the router adapter in his home failed repeatedly due to power surges, he realized that modern power conversion required a fundamental redesign—combining rugged physical resilience with intelligent internal voltage stabilization.
